On Feb. 27 and Feb.28, 2017, Lake Petro dispatched Mike, Roogle, Julia to take part in a training of Ali which is held in Qingzhou in Weifang.
The training is aimed to improve our operation ability of B2B, how to communicate with clients under high efficiency, how to consider questions from clients standpoint, how to find better solutions for clients demands or questions.

In the past six years, Lake Petro paid much cost to study and learn others experience, create its own service principle. So now Lake Petro gets good reputation among clients and get their good praise. Many of them also have been in cooperating with us for several years.

Besides, good cooperation between seller and buyer should be mutual, mutual support to keep.
When clients come to us, we will give response at the first time we see it. If no technical questions, we will try best to send best solution to clients as early as possible. Also hope clients can feedback early after they get the solution.
